Men in Therapy

In addition to working with male survivors of sexual abuse, I also work with men who are exploring their identity, masculinity, and emotional lives. This includes men of color and those from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Therapy offers a space to begin setting down the armor you’ve been taught to wear. Together, we’ll make sense of personal and social wounds—including the emotional shutting down or self-censorship that can leave you feeling angry, anxious, ashamed, or alone. Through this process, you can begin to feel more connected to yourself and more open and authentic in your relationships.
